1660C

Description:

Only 790 pieces of this model was made.

This is the Kershaw KS1660C Leek Camo plain edge knife. Being a Leek knife, designed by Ken Onion, it has the title of best overall knife in 2002, as voted by Blade magazine.
It's got a 3 inch plain edged blade, constructed with 440A grade stainless steel which is shaving sharp.

It also benefits from Kershaw's SpeedSafe assisted opening mechanism enabling fast deployment of the blade with the index finger flipper, or ambidextrous thumb studs.

There is a frame lock which locks the blade when it's fully open, to prevent accidental closing.
The handle is anodized aluminium, which, during the process of anodizing, becomes porous and allows it to absorb the colors and dyes to recreate this camo effect, and then become very tough and scratch resistant.
Weighs just 3oz – a brilliant knife, once again from Kershaw knives!
